NAVIGATE managed the pre-construction of CedarStone, which contains both Assisted Living and MemoryCare facilities.  Project scope for thethree-story, 127,500SF building included:

• 120 Apartment-Style Suites—88 for AssistedLiving & 32 for Memory Care Residents
• Dining Rooms with Commercial Kitchens
• Health & Wellness Spaces including Salon& Fitness Room
• Communal Lobbies, Lounges & Patios

NAVIGATE is managing the pre-construction and construction services for an addition to Century Casino’s Cape Girardeau Hotel.  Projectscope for the new six-story, 68,000 SF hotel includes:

·       69 Guest Rooms, some with a view of theMississippi River & Cable-Stay Bridge

·       New Lobby with Direct Access to the ExistingCasino

·      Conference Facilities

NAVIGATE is managing pre-construction and construction services for the first land-based casino in the State of Missouri, which replaces a riverboat casino.  Project scope includes:

·       60,000 SF Casino Floor & Support Areas

·       Attached 3-Story, 27,000 SF, 38-Room Hotel

·       New Hotel Lobby incorporating Existing PavilionSpace

NAVIGATE managed pre-construction and construction for the renovation and addition of the St. Charles PoliceStation.  Project scope includes:

·       Renovate 60-percent of a Fully Operational 65,000 SF Police Station

·       Replace 66 Heat Pumps & RefreshLocations of the Pumps

·       New 4,000 SF Evidence Storage Facility

·       New Roof, Site Paving, Furniture &Hydronic & Forced Air Source Equipment

NAVIGATE managedpreconstruction and construction of the Clayton Fire Department’s current wallbeds, which were falling apart and in need of replacement.  During replacement, the client alsoupgraded other finishes and lighting in the bunk room and corridors, as well asadded outlets and fans.  

Project scope forthe 2,500 SF renovation included:
