NAVIGATE is managing pre-construction and construction of the reconfiguration to the existing Public Works structure for new Public Works facility.

Project scope includes:

• Combined facility for Sanitation, Electric, Streets, Fleet Service and Storm Rated
  Police Dispatch Suite
• Gut rehab of existing tilt up warehouse structure
• All new electrical service and E-power. New mechanical systems and plumbing
  upgrades.
• Exterior on grade and bin storage for streets and electric
• Out building to be converted to a wash rack
