NAVIGATE is a leader in sustainable design and construction.  We have actively participated on USGBC LEED-Accredited projects for nearly two decades including:

• LEED Gold-certified Gateway Arch National Park Expansion & Renovation of Museum of Westward Expansion and Visitor Center
• ‍LEED Silver-targeted Allied Health Sciences Center St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley

In addition, we were the developer and owner representative for the first Zero-Energy-certified building in Missouri:
