NAVIGATE provided pre-construction and construction management services for Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri (CCSOMO), which provides vital services to homelessmoms-to-be, as well as new moms, through four programs designed to support children and families.

Project scope for the new 18,000 SF multi-story brick building that overlooks the Mississippi River includes:

·       Secure Living for 15 Residential Units

·       Self-Contained Communal, Educational & Counseling Support Functions

·       2-Story Administrative Wing
