NAVIGATE managed preconstruction and construction for more than 24 complex capital projects at this iconic 289-acre urban park, which is one of only seven National Historic Landmark parks in the United States.

The $1.3M refurbishment reversed deterioration and transformed this 1870 Gothic-Revival Style stone structure into the Park’s education and volunteer hub.  Project scope included:

·      Replacement Original Slate Roof

·      Interior Rehabilitation & Conversion of Interior Space for the Park’s Community Engagement Coordinator & Missouri Department of Conservation
