NAVIGATE is managing pre-construction and construction for five new law enforcement facilities for St. Louis County, which are valued at over $78M.  

Project scope includes:

·       New Precinct #1 with Holding Cells

·       New Precinct #2 with new 40,000 SF Property Storage Facility

·       New Precinct #3 with Holding Cells

·       New Regional Intelligence Building with:

o  SCIF: Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility

o  Fusion Center

o  RIIC: Police Regional Information and Intelligence Center
