Project scope for the new 8,500 SF heated maintenance bay storage addition included:

·      Five-Bay Addition for Heated Storage of Public Works Vehicles that Need Protected Environments such as Vacuum Trucks, Tank Trucks & Other Vehicles

·      Interior Bulk Rack Storage for Materials & Equipment

·      Interior Spaces Heated for Stored Materials & Year-Round Vehicular Storage

·      Additional Security Cameras to Increase SiteSecurity for Public Works Complex.

·      Site Work & Fencing Modification​

Project scope for the new 3,500 SF vehicle wash bay included:

·      Vehicular Wash Equipment includes High-Pressure, Heated Power Washer Equipment as well as Cold Temperature Domestic Water Hose Reels

·      Diesel Exhaust Fluid Storage Tank & Self-Service Dispensing Station

·      Fit out with Cantilever Racks & Bulk Rack Storage for Material & Equipment Storage Inside & Outside

·      Interior Spaces Heated for Stored Materials & Year-Round Use of Wash Bay
