• Facility Maintenance Master Plan – Prepared a  report including 11 district buildings which included evaluation of HVAC  systems, asphalt, masonry, windows & doors, flooring, HS painting, HS  locker rooms & restrooms and two ES playgrounds.  
• Facility Maintenance Audit – Prepared a report  including 2 ES which included evaluation of roofing, HVAC systems, asphalt,  landscaping, masonry, windows & doors, flooring, kitchen equipment,  painting, restrooms and cost evaluations for staff, general maintenance and  utilities.
