NAVIGATE managed preconstruction and construction of Olivette’s Short- and Long-Term Parks Master Plan and new Community Center.  

Project scope for the Community Center, which was passed by voters in 2022 as Proposition C, included:

·      Budget Management of All Soft & Construction Costs

·      Agency Interface with Great Rivers Greenway, St.Louis County, Missouri American Water, Missouri Sewer District, Ameren & Spire
