NAVIGATE managed the pre-construction and construction for the addition of a secured vehicle entryway for prisoner transfer and Judge parking.  This project was phased to enable continuous operation and vehicle access throughout construction.  

Project scope for the New Security Barriers included:

·      Two New “Vehicle Rated” Security Gates​

·      New Concrete Ramps

·      An Ice Melt System

·      Interior & Exterior Controls

·      Remote Monitoring

Project scope for the New Security Barriers included: 

·       Modernization of three (3) hydraulic in-ground elevators and one traction elevator.

·       Full modernization of all elevators to include the power controllers, power units, cab finishes, cab fixtures, hall fixtures, doors, door operators, landing door equipment, machine rooms, hoist ways, pit sprinklers, air-handling systems, and electrical power distribution service conductors and disconnect switches.
