NAVIGATE is providing a planning study for potential renovation and addition to existing City Hall and Police Department.

Project scope includes: 

·      Renovation of existing two-story 19,320 sf CityHall and Police Department building.

·      New two-story 6,000 sf addition to existing building for Police Department space. Addition includes sallyport, evidence storage, administration offices, and training room.

·      Sitework and site utility updates for approximately1.5 acre site.
