• Renovation of an Existing 11,000 SF Historic Building
• New Museum with Interactive Exhibits
• New Sound Booths and Podcast Studio

STEM Building

• New 84,000 SF, 4 Story Building
• 600-Person Event Space with Rooftop Terrace
• New Classrooms (8) and New Research Labs (12)

Basketball Court & Pavilion Addition

• Removal of the Existing Sand Volleyball Court
• New Concrete Piers and Slabs for a New Pavilion
• New Concrete Pad for a Basketball Court
• Sports Court Flooring on the Concrete Pad
• New Exterior Sports Lighting and Chain Link Fence Around the New Pavilion and Basketball Court
