NAVIGATE is managing preconstruction and construction of these three projects, which extend Centennial Greenway from Warson Park to Dielman Road and add a node at the south side of Olive Road & I-170.  Project scope includes: ​

·      Federal Grant Compliance Management for LPA Program (599A)

·      Improvements to Four Crosswalks (599D)

·      New curbs and gutter, ADA improvements, andutility adjustments.

·      Coordination with Commercial & Residential Property Owners

·      Coordination with City of Olivette & MoDOT

·      Trail Construction within Indian Meadows Park & City-Owned Parcel Behind Several Residential Properties

·      Retaining Walls & Slope Stabilization

·      BMP’s & Associated Plantings

·      Landscaping, Fencing, Lighting, Signage & GRG Branding
