NAVIGATE managed pre-construction and construction of this $30.8M state-of-the-art County Detention Center, 911/EOC and Sheriff Station Renovation.  

Project scope included:

·      Addition of 57,500 SF for a 244-long-term bed detention center, which brings total capacity to 320 beds

·      Addition of 4,580 SF to House a Dispatch, 911Call Center & EOC

·      Cell Tower Modifications

·      Renovation of Detention Center Kitchen

·      Remodel of a 49,000 SF Sheriff Station including relocation of evidence storage and labs, as well as renovation of office space.
