NAVIGATE is managing pre-construction for the Waterways project to support Forest Park Forever’s pursuit of Project Clear funds through the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD).

Project scope includes:

·      Round Lake: Replace Historic, Malfunctioning Fountain (Maintain Historic Character)

·      New Channel to Jefferson Lake: Create New Channel to Extend River System to Jefferson Lake. Features Include a Cascade & Gravel Bar, Picnic Lawn & Meadow, Footbridge, Visitor Trails & SeatingArea

·      Jefferson Lake: Create Cascading Waterfall & Overlook Along Clayton Avenue & Build Underground Waterflow Connection from Bowl to Jefferson Lake, Storm Management BMPS
