Kirkwood approves ice rink renovation as part of $16 million community center overhaul
NAVIGATE is managing the preconstruction and construction phases of the Kirkwood Community Center project, which includes significant upgrades to the ice rink and facility improvements. The project involves replacing the existing refrigerant system with a more efficient ammonia-based system, along with architectural enhancements to improve functionality.
