NAVIGATE managing final phase of $140M+ program at STLCC–Florissant Valley

NAVIGATE is serving as the Owner’s Representative for multiple renovation and demolition projects across the St. Louis Community College–Florissant Valley campus. These projects are part of the final phase of a $140M+ campus improvement program at Florissant Valley. This update highlights progress on the Student Center, where demolition of the existing facility is well underway and proceeding smoothly.

With key areas cleared, crews have begun framing and early buildout for the new Student Center. The transition from demolition to vertical construction marks a major milestone, as the new facility starts to take shape.

Once complete, the Student Center will feature modern, student-focused spaces designed to support learning, collaboration, and campus life.
