EDITED EXCERPTS FROM TRANSCRIPT: We got a company called NAVIGATE to come in and help us out. NAVIGATE has very high qualified staff who are extremely helpful, detail-oriented people. We hired them to pull us out of the mud and get us to the finish line, which we are super close to right now.
I attribute a lot of us getting to where we are today to NAVIGATE. I'm not even sure this project would have ever come to fruition without NAVIGATE. They've been very, very instrumental. We wouldn't be as far along as we are with the federal dollars that are tied to it,they've been able to help us ensure that funding and were able to keep it and use it for our project. What I find has been so great about NAVIGATE is that they come with all that knowledge and ability. They listened so well, it's been an excellent fit. I would say the best thing about them is that they are team Odessa and in every meeting that we have they are advocating for us. They want this just as much as we want it.
NAVIGATE is there to help us communicate with each of the 60[stakeholders] and ensure we can come up with a schedule that makes sense for all of us and mitigate the amount of time the businesses will be impacted.NAVIGATE also helped us make sure that we're not impeding on any of our major events
