Our estimates include both direct costs, such as materials and worker wages, as well as indirect costs, like design fees and permit costs.
As an extension of our client’s staff, NAVIGATE Advisors are directly responsible for all project matters including, but not limited to: consultant/contractor procurement, design management, budget control, schedule management, and agency approvals.
